BREAKING: In response to a slumping market for GMO agricultural
commodities, Monsanto has announced that the company will shutter 3 GMO
plant research facilities by the end of
2016. Facilities in Wisconsin, Connecticut and North Carolina. The
centers are in Middleton, Wisconsin, and Mystic, Connecticut, both of
which focus on seed trait development research, and Research Triangle
Park, North Carolina, which focuses on research on plant screening and
phenotyping. The world is sending a clear message, Monsanto. Keep up the
boycotts, America! We are winning!
