The Atlantic Council is funded by US and allied governments, along with
leaders in the military-industrial complex. Ukrainian interests also
provide the cash. Where does it go? To
lavishly fund propagandists like Michael Weiss and Eliot Higgins (and
Dmitri Alperovitch, whose company, Crowdstrike, "discovered" that the
Russians "hacked" the DNC). The purpose of the propaganda? To scare
Americans and others into supporting a new Cold War with Russia. War
propaganda pays well.
